Fault | Fault symptoms&possible causes | Troubleshooting solutions |
AC Over-voltage |
AC input voltage is too high | 1. If the voltage exceeds 264Vac for a short time, wait for the grid to return to the normal voltage range by itself. |
2. Check the background monitoring data and analyze it. If the voltage in this area is over-voltage for a long time, you can increase the input over-voltage protection point through the configuration software, up to 300Vac.
3. If the fault cannot be eliminated, please contact us.
AC Under-voltage |
AC input voltage is too low | 1. If the voltage is lower than 140Vac for a short time, wait for the grid to return to the normal voltage range by itself. |
2. Check the background monitoring data and analyze it. If the voltage in this area is under-voltage for a long time, you can increase the input under-voltage protection point through the configuration software. The minimum can be 140Vac.
3.If the fault cannot be eliminated, please contact us.
AC Over-current |
AC input current is too large | 1. Disconnect the leakage/over-current protection circuit breaker of the distribution box immediately |
2. Check whether there is low impedance or short circuit between the two wires of the AC EV Charger output line.
3. If the fault cannot be eliminated, please contact us.
AC Over frequency |
AC input frequency is too high | 1. If the frequency exceeds 55HZ for a short time, wait for the network to return to the normal frequency range by itself. |
2. Check the input voltage frequency in the background monitoring data. If it is too high for a long time, please contact the power supply department for processing.
AC Under frequency |
AC input frequency is too low | 1. If the frequency is lower than 45HZ for a short time, wait for the waiting network to return to the normal voltage range by itself. |
2. Check the background monitoring data and analyze it. If the frequency in this area is over-frequency for a long time, you can increase the input over-frequency protection point through the configuration software, which can be as low as 40Hz.
3. If the fault cannot be eliminated, please contact us.
Over-temperature |
Over-temperature of inside of AC Charging Station | 1. Check the installation environment of the AC pile, check whether there are other heating devices nearby, and ensure that the ambient temperature is below 60°. |
2. If the fault cannot be eliminated, please contact us.
Leakage current |
The earth leakage current is too high | 1. Disconnect the leakage/over-current protection switch of the distribution box immediately. |
2. Check whether the output wire of the AC pile is damaged or has low impedance or short circuit to the ground
3. If the fault cannot be eliminated, please contact us.
Earth fault | The input/output improperly grounded or the input L/N is inversely connected | 1. Disconnect the leakage/over-current protection switch of the distribution box immediately. |
2. Check whether the input/output wire of the AC charging station is properly grounded, and whether the input L/N is connected in the normal order.
3. If the fault cannot be eliminated, please contact us.
Abnormal communication (networking mode) | The communication is not good of background of AC Charging Station | 1. Check whether the connection of the network cable is correct and reliable. |
2. Check whether the EV charging station configuration is correct in the background.
3. If the fault cannot be eliminated, please contact us.
Charging gun improperly connected | The abnormal connection of charging gun | 1. Check whether the connection of the EV charging cable is correct and reliable. |
2. If the fault cannot be eliminated, please contact us. |
